Company Policy and Terms

  1. Our products being raw materials, we offer the items on “as is basis”.
  2. Payment terms acceptable to us are TT or Transferable, confirmed.
    Letter of credit at Sight. Other terms can be discussed.
  3. We offer sales on FOB basis only. Shipping to be arranged by buyers themselves. We can assist where necessary only.
  4. For local buyers, we usually offer sales Ex-site or delivered by road where possible.
  5. All discrepancies in the contract or arising thereafter are to be amicably discussed and settled by contracting parties.
  6. In international or local disputes arbitration are to be held by Malaysian courts only.
  7. Loss or damages due to Force Majeure are not claimable or our company to be held accountable.
  8. Specification of materials offered by us are basic only. Buyers who require detailed specifications are to do the analysis test themselves.
  9. No free samples of products are available. If needed clients need to purchase from us at a cost.
